"Disappointed with the Course"
Honestly, I’m really let down by how this whole thing is being run. The support is pretty much non-existent. I could’ve saved some cash by just buying the textbooks instead, 'cause the active recall and assignments that come with this course are just not up to par. It feels like I need to grab a textbook to actually make use of the huge chunks of info they provide in what can only be called overpriced course materials. Plus, I’m also expected to find a school or college to grade my coursework, which wasn’t mentioned when I signed up for this course. And when I tried to back out, they only then mentioned the 14-day window, which wasn’t made clear at the start. So now I’m stuck with a pricey course and not getting much out of it.

"Surprised by the Positive Reviews..."
I’m honestly taken aback by these positive reviews because I’ve got nothing nice to say about this college. Their main focus seems to be on maintaining a good image on Trustpilot. I’ve kept up with my monthly payments and was consistently submitting my assessments, yet they always came back as if I hadn’t done anything at all. It felt like my tutor had it out for me; there was definitely some personal bias at play since she didn’t bother to grade my work and kept asking me to redo the same questions. I feel like I’ve thrown money down the drain with this course, and I’m not alone—other students here are facing the same issues. Their priority appears to be dragging out the grading process to squeeze out more cash. What a total waste of money and a disappointing experience. It’s almost like a scam, but with a well-crafted facade.

"I was informed via phone that there’s help..."
I was informed via phone that there’s someone available to assist folks with SENDS. However, when I reached out for help, I was told no one could assist me. Then, I received an email from learning support stating I’ve flunked the unit, which means I’ve failed the entire course. But if I want to switch to different subjects, I can. Why would I do that? It feels like setting someone up for even more failure.
